What can I do if my order arrives damaged?
When your order is delivered, please make sure that the outside packaging is not opened nor damaged. In case it is, please leave a written remark on the transporter's delivery slip (e.g.: "two boxes damaged, one open, etc.").
If you see damages on the product(s) once you have unpacked your order, please contact us within 3 days and send us pictures where the damage and the damaged part(s) can be clearly distinguished. We commit to replacing every damaged part.

How can I pay?
Orders can be paid via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Postcard or wire transfer. You can choose your payment method during the ordering process. For orders paid by wire transfer, please ensure the transfer is done within 3 working days following the date of your order, indicating your order number.
