Damage Policy

 

You have just received your order and unfortunately, you notice that a box is open or that an article is damaged? Here is the procedure to follow.

1I note my comments on the carrier's delivery

Do not hesitate to take the time to note your comments on the delivery note. For example:

  • 2 damaged boxes
  • 1 open box

2I contact My Little Room customer service 

You have 3 working days following the day you receive the goods to inform us about the damage. Just send a message to our Customer Service, including:

  • Your order number
  • The damage
  • The photos of the damage

3We will get back to you as soon as possible

Depending on the nature of the damage, we will replace the damaged parts as quickly as possible.

If this is not possible, we will offer to replace the item or refund you.
