HOW DOES IT WORK?
I PLACE MY ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE
I add my favourite items to my shopping cart on the website. Then, I select as delivery method the one at our order pick-up point or our warehouse in Geneva (depending on the volume and weight of your order). I pay for my order by credit card on the website or by bank transfer.
I COME PICK-UP MY ORDER
I am notified by email when my order is ready, usually within 24 to 48h after the payment of my order. I come to pick up my order by reading the useful information below. If my order is quite heavy or bulky, the customer service will make an appointment with me to collect my order directly from the warehouse (I will be given full details at that time).

PARKING
As there are very few blue places, we recommend you to park your car in the La Praille Shopping Mall car park.
Then exit by the escalator and the main exit. Cross the road to reach 59 route des Jeunes. Then go up to the 2nd floor.
