Main Sauvage

Main Sauvage is a french brand founded by Cecile and Julien, two passionated people driven by the desire to create ethical, expressive and beautiful toys. We really fell for their soft and poetic universe, which is close to ours. But we also are sensitive to their commitments. For the planet and our children's health, by using natural materials like baby alpaca wool (naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic), recycled plastic bottle fibers for filling or eco-friendly dyes when they cannot let the fibers in their natural colors. They are also supporting an intelligent production, reasoned and respectful of the humans' rights. Their toys are entirely handmade, in a fair trade workshop in Bolivia, which offers good working conditions and a fair income to women who can neither read nor write. The wool is coming directly from small producers, in order to help to preserve traditional skills and local businesses.
