I PLACE MY ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE

I add my favourite items to my shopping cart on the website. Then, I select as delivery method the one at our order pick-up point or our warehouse in Geneva (depending on the volume and weight of your order). I pay for my order by credit card on the website or by bank transfer.

I COME PICK-UP MY ORDER

I am notified by email when my order is ready, usually on the following Wednesday for all orders placed before Tuesday noon. I come to pick up my order by reading the useful information below. If my order is quite heavy or bulky, the customer service will make an appointment with me to collect my order directly from the warehouse (I will be given full details at that time).
