Designed by Kasia Goraj Stróżyńska and Kasia “Bachor” Rostkowska, this wallpaper is sold by the roll: each roll measures 280 x 50 cm, and the pattern is divided into 50 cm-wide stripes. The design begins with an elephant – a half elephant, to be exact – since the full animal would measure between 150 and 180 cm high, taking up half the height of some rooms! That’s why the elephant appears only once at the beginning of the design and then disappears. The pattern is repetitive, and the animals are arranged so that there’s no risk of cutting through any character during installation. The animals’ heads are positioned more or less at the same height to avoid, for example, slicing through the giraffe’s head or chopping off the toucan’s beak. This even distribution of figures also makes it easy to adapt the wallpaper to the wall’s dimensions.

For best results, apply the first strip starting from the bottom. This is because the lower part of the wallpaper includes the ground with blooming flowers. If your wall is 260 cm high and you start applying the wallpaper from the top, you might end up cutting off 20 cm at the bottom, which would mean losing the flowerbed section. Don’t forget to add 5 extra cm to your measurements for margin and safety.
