You can pick up your order for free in Geneva.
Simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed with the purchase of your order. When choosing the delivery method, we offer you several possibilities:
- For few little items, you can choose to pick up your order in our shop at 2 Rue des Photographes - 1207 Geneva
- For many small items or a bulky or heavy item, you can choose to pick up your order directly at our warehouse. We will contact you to make an appointment

• Delivery time

  
  For orders containing only items which can be shipped within 24 hours

  	Delivery time
  Few little items	Pick-up in our shop, 2 rue des Photographes - 1207 Geneva, on the following Wednesday for all orders placed before Tuesday noon. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready.
  Many little items or big items	An appointment will be fixed with you so that you can pick up your order in our warehouse in Grand-Lancy. Please make sure to have a well-adapted car and to be able to carry out your items by yourself.

   

  For orders containing at least one item which can NOT be shipped within 24 hours

  • The delivery time frames are indicated on each item page, for information only
  • More precise deadlines will be communicated to you by email as soon as possible after payment of your order
  • Production delays beyond our control may occur at our suppliers, thus extending the scheduled delivery time. You have the possibility to cancel your order in the event of significant delays. We do not offer compensation for delays beyond our control.
  • We only make orders available when all ordered items are available.

   

  What happens if my order contains some items which can be shipped within 24 hours and some that cannot?

  • We only make orders available when all ordered items are available. However, you can ask for picking up items already available by contacting our customer service
  • Please note this special request may generate extra costs.

   

• Country of destination

  We deliver space-saving items worldwide (clothes, toys, decoration, small childcare articles)

  We do not ship any big items or piece of furniture outside Switzerland
  
  

• Shipping Costs and VAT

  Prices of items are automatically displayed without taxes (Swiss VAT 8.1%)

  Shipping costs may vary from country to country. You can calculate them directly on the cart page

  Caution: Please note you will have to pay customs fees / duties and the VAT of your country upon delivery

  Because of many factors impacting these costs, it is impossible for us to tell you this amount

  • We dispatch orders in 24h. Your items will then be entrusted to Swiss Post which will then deliver them to its partner in your country. The delivery times, therefore, depend on these different providers. We cannot give you estimated deadlines
