• Decoration and small furniture (<30kg)

• Deliveries within Switzerland from Monday to Friday, for orders placed and payed by 1PM:

          • DPD Predict or SWISS POST Economy: Delivery within 24H to 48H.
          • SWISS POST Priority: Delivery within 24H.
          • SWISS POST Saturday: Delivery on the following Saturday.

DPD Predict: You will receive an email from DPD informing you of the delivery date, you then have the possibility to delay the delivery from 1 to 3 days.
SWISS POST: In case you are absent the day of the delivery, you can pick-up your parcel at the closest post office within the following 7 days.

• Furniture (>30kg)

• Delivery of furniture in Switzerland is provided by a professional carrier, to your floor, to your door and in the room of your choice.

• For furniture in stock : our carrier will contact you within 3 working days following your order to make a delivery appointment.

• For furniture orders (not in stock): a delivery time frame is indicated at the top of the item’s page under "Availability".

• As soon as we receive clearer notification, we immediately inform you of an estimated shipment date.

• Your order is dispatched once complete (when all of the ordered items are available).

• You can see the exact amount of your shipping costs in your basket before confirming your order.
