DPD : 24 - 48h delivery for every order placed and paid before 1PM, for packages below 30kg.

La Poste - Economy : 24 - 48h delivery for every order placed and paid before 1PM, for packages below 30kg.

La Poste - Priority : 24h delivery for every order placed and paid before 1PM, for packages below 30kg.

La Poste - Saturday : delivery the next Saturday, for every order placed until Friday at 12PM, for packages below 30kg.

Professional Carrier Service : by phone appointment for furniture orders or packages above 30kg. Delivery to your floor and in the room of your choice.

- Professional Carrier Service : the carrier will contact you within 3 working days following your order to make a delivery appointment

For items on order
- A delivery time frame is indicated on each item’s page
- You will be notified of a date of delivery via e-mail once we have more precise detail on the availability of your order
- Production delays beyond our control may occur at our suppliers, and extend the scheduled delivery time. In case of important delay, you can cancel your order and be refunded. We do not offer any compensation in case of delay beyond our will.

What happens if my order contains some items in stock and some items on order ?
We dispatch orders only when all ordered items are available. However, you can ask for a partial shipment of items already available by contacting our client service by e-mail or by phone.
Please note that partial shipment may generate extra costs.



You can choose our furniture assembly service by checking the box in the lower part of the product description. Your furniture will be assembled directly at your home in the room of your choice by a professional team the day of the delivery.

This service can also be booked after you have placed your order. Just choose from the options below and make sure that the selected furniture assembly service corresponds to the product.



We do not ship any piece of furniture outside Switzerland. For other items (toys, decorative items and small nursery items), fees and delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination.
